Sheldon is a pioneer in aviation in the US and China with over 3 decades of Aviation and Aircraft experience. Sheldon brings a unique blend of tribal knowledge, networking, and storytelling to the team.

John Courtright is the Godfather of the 757 Conversion with over 3 decades of Executive level Aviation experience. John cut his teeth in Aviation in Operations as an Executive at major airlines such as Southwest and Jet Blue. John brings a unique mix of Aircraft Engineering and Business Development to the team with a knack for details. John possesses both business, and people skills with a spirit for winning the right way.

Monica built and operated one of the longest running and successful import/manufacturing companies in Seattle. With boots on the ground in Seattle and China, Monica and her team has successfully serviced needs for companies like Costco, CVS, Walgreens and REI for over 2 decades. Monica's experience in Logistics and Import business makes her an invaluable member of the team. Monica has a nack for Sales with several years of Multi-Media Sales in and around the Pacific Northwest.

NexGen Partner & VP of Operations/Business Development. Chris values good people, good processes, and winning, with a passion for making new connections. Chris has worked in many Tech and Healthcare startups which have allowed him to work in many Enterprise accounts like Zillow, Nike & Kimberly Clark. Chris has created many processes and systems while being a top contributing executive. Chris is a family-first entrepreneur, believing the reason to work is the make more quality time with the kids. Chris is a believer in people, kindness, and doing the right thing.

Mike Hu manages one of China's largest hedge funds making decisions at the highest level. Mike has over two decades of big business leadership, responsible for designing and implementing global strategies with companies like Boeing and Airbus. Mike has had many successes working with companies like Boeing, Airbus, and United to help bridge the gap between the US and Chinese businesses. Mike's talent for connecting the right people to the right projects to meet customer goals is a huge addition to NexGen.
